Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam says he expects to see another push next year to allow employes to store firearms in their locked vehicles parks on work property, but adds that he thinks there is a middle ground to be found between business interests — who argue for property rights — and gun rights activists who argue for Second Amendment Rights. Haslam: Vanderbilt ‘Wrong’ on ‘All Comers’ Policy (TNReport.com)

Bill Haslam says he still plans to veto legislation that would force Vanderbilt University to abandon its anti-discrimination policy towards student clubs because he doesn’t want to tell a private institution what to do.
